Lipotech’s Gorney Septum Suction Elevator features a 3.0mm wide tip and an overall length of 8 ½” (21cm). It is commonly employed in rhinoplasty and other nasal surgeries. It comes with a built-in suction feature so that the surgeons do not need to be worried about switching between the instruments while elevating the mucoperichondrial pouches. It makes the procedure cleaner, faster, and more efficient by allowing the surgeons to dissect subperichondrial or subperiosteal flaps without switching between suction and elevator. It is handcrafted with premium German stainless steel making it suitable for repeated sterilization and use without degrading.
