It is designed to provide stability and support to the alar cartilage (the outer sides of the nostrils) during the procedure. It features fine delicate pins for holding the alar cartilage in place and a millimeter scale. It is handcrafted with premium German stainless steel making it suitable for repeated sterilization and use without degrading.
