It features slots around the hand holder which makes retraction possible in every direction. It also features ball chains in a variety of lengths which when used with tendon or skin hooks, secure the hand in the hand holder. It is handcrafted with premium German stainless steel making it suitable for repeated sterilization and use without degrading.
