Lipotech’s Mayo-Carroll Supercut Scissors are heavy-duty general-purpose scissors that are ideal for different reconstructive surgeries. It is most commonly used in cutting breast tissues and muscles in breast reconstruction procedures. It features an overall length of 9” (23cm). The ergonomic design of the Mayo-Carroll Supercut Scissor provides ease of use along with better control and comfort during hectic, lengthy procedures. This scissor has a beveled blade that is available in both straight and curved variants. The straight one is used for superficial dissections while the curved one is used for deeper dissection. Mayo-Carroll Supercut Scissor features a gold ring handle which indicates that it has tungsten carbide inlays in its blade along with micro serrations on the lower blade. The tungsten carbide inlays maintain its sharpness over time and makes it resistant to wear.
