Lipotech’s Iris Scissors Fine Tips are specifically designed for ophthalmic and microsurgical procedures. It features an overall length of 4 ½” (11.5cm). The small size and design of iris scissors allow for manipulation in confined areas more effectively. Due to their fine tips, these scissors are ideal for precise cutting in sensitive areas. The blades of iris scissors feature micro serrations on the lower side which grip the tissues firmly, preventing tissue damage. There are tungsten carbide inlays on both blades. Since the tungsten carbide is harder than the steel used in scissors, therefore it increases the durability of the scissors. Iris scissors are available in straight and curved variants to meet the diverse needs of various medical fields.
