Lipotech’s Dingman Zygomatic Elevator is a specialized surgical instrument designed for maxillofacial and reconstructive procedures, particularly for the reduction and repositioning of the zygomatic arch. Its primary function is to elevate and manipulate the zygomatic bone (cheekbone) during reconstructive procedures. It allows for precise elevation and contouring of the zygomatic area during cheek augmentation or other facelift procedures. The ergonomic design of this elevator offers a comfortable grip and enhances access and visibility to deeper anatomical areas.

Featuring a slightly curved shaft and smooth blade surface, the instrument follows the contour of the temporal skull, minimizing tissue trauma and ensuring gentle manipulation of the zygomatic arch. The ergonomic hollow handle with finger grooves offers excellent control, reduces hand fatigue, and prevents slippage during delicate procedures.

With a 5.0 mm tip size and an overall length of 22 cm, the Dingman Zygomatic Elevator allows easy insertion through the temporalis fascia incision while protecting surrounding structures.
