Lipotech’s Dingman Cartilage Abrader consists of a Handle and a working Abrasive Edge that may be curved or flat. The edge is made for gentle abrasion not for cutting which makes it ideal for delicate cartilage work. It features an overall length of 15cm. It is used to reshape and sculpt cartilage in nasal reconstructive procedures. It helps the surgeons in rhinoplasty to smooth out the grafts before they are placed for a better and functional outcome.
